I have the same idea with John. I also don’t like communication using the cell phone and the Internet. But I like talking face to face. I have two reasons about it.
Firstly, it takes mail time more than the conversations. When we talk face to face, we can talk smoothly. However, using the technology such as the Internet and cell phone, it takes a lot of time to communicate with someone. I often experience that my companion was waiting reply but I has slept, and it made him angry. So I had to apologize for him to disregard the mail.
Secondly, the communication using technology can’t understand companion’s feeling. When I sent a joke mail of my companion, he seriously received it. And he replied to me, “Your heart is bad and cold!” I didn’t mean any harm but my mail made him unhappy. Then, I said him, “I was in the wrong, and I’m very sorry about it.
In summary, communication using technology causes some trouble and a misunderstanding. However, talking face to face, we can communicate speedy, see the looks and enjoy each other. Therefore, I like talking face to face more than e-mail.
